When did you start modeling?
I did my first bit of modeling when I was about 13, but was told by the agency I wanted to go to that I was too fat, as they were only interested in anorexic looking models. I completely stopped modeling because of it until late 2011 when a friend invited me with to a shoot.

Tell us more about you.

I’m a very shy girl who grew up in the UK. After moving to South Africa when I was 12 I could never really fit in so I generally kept to myself until just over a year ago when I decided to start meeting people and be who I want to be. I love music, animals and archery and I make clothes and jewelry in my spare time. At the moment, modeling is just a hobby but I’d really love to make it a career and I am currently studying fashion to help me with it.

Why did you apply to become The Face of Lilith Models 2013?

I was the second model to ever join Lilith Models and thought it would be a great way to get out there. It will give me the exposure I need to progress with my modeling career.

How did you feel when you heard that you won?
I was very excited because I know of the opportunities that could come from it. It’s such an honour to be chosen as the face of Lilith Models.
